This project
is the Los Angeles area's newest BMW dealership. The building consists of
100,000 square feet on three levels. The lower level contains 30 repair bays and
houses the maintenance and repair division. The main level houses the showroom,
sales offices and Mini Cooper dealership. The roof level accommodates an
inventory of more than 350 cars. Synergetics was hired by the owner to oversee
the project and to act as the owner’s representative in all its dealings with
the general contractor, architect and city building officials. The building
contractor was Gordon Mountjoy Associates, a firm that has built more than 400
auto dealerships throughout the state.
